You must be eligible to participate in the IHG Employee Room Benefit Programme (“The Programme”) and present proper identification upon check-in at the hotel. All managed hotel employees are now required to have a Merlin ID in order to gain access to the employee rate. Please refer to the IHG Employee Room Benefit Programme Policy detailed below.
Please note that you must book your employee rate online. You cannot call to make your reservation.
If you've already validated your IHG® Rewards Club Member number, you are ready to access your employee benefits, including the Employee Rate. To search for hotels and make a reservation, please log in to your IHG® Rewards Club account.
